Refund policy
At GlobeMotion LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yourdomain.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items that show signs of use
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
