Shipping policy
We work with international fulfillment partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or operational load are outside of our control.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent automatically via email once the order leaves the warehouse.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier system.
Order Status Requests
We do not provide order updates before the end of the processing period.
Requests regarding order location before tracking becomes active may not receive a response.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require reshipping payment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
An order is considered lost only if tracking shows no movement for 15 business days.
We cannot issue refunds for packages still in transit.
Carrier Responsibility
Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, the shipment becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or not collected, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
Separate Shipments
Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
